I believe anyone can be fit at any age, all you need is a willingness to move! AgeFit is a web resource and journal where I talk about various aspects of aging and what kinds of activities you can do to remain fit. The journal aspect is more for me to offer anecdotes about my experiences with training those over 65. (Of course, even though the events in this blog are based on real-life events, names are changed to protect my client confidentiality.)
